Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any order once it has been processed. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Perishable Goods Exemption

Our strict no-return policy is in place to strictly maintain food safety and hygiene standards. As noted in standard consumer guidelines, several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

Once a food item leaves our facility, we cannot ensure its safety or integrity if it were to be returned. Therefore, we do not accept return shipments under any circumstances.

2. No Refunds & No Returns

We operate under a strict No Refund and No Return policy.

No Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase.
Sale Items: Consistent with our policy for regular items, all sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Taste Preference: We do not offer refunds if the taste of a product does not meet your personal preference.

3. Cancellation Policy

Our fulfillment process begins immediately after your payment is successfully verified to ensure the freshest possible delivery.

No Cancellations: Once a payment is processed, the order is considered confirmed. We do not accept cancellations or modifications to the order (including address changes or item swaps) after payment has been completed.

4. Shipping & Damaged Goods Disclaimer

We take great care in packaging your goods to ensure they leave our facility in perfect condition. However, once the package is handed over to the third-party courier service, Break Taste is no longer liable for the condition of the shipment.

Third-Party Liability: We do not guarantee the handling of the package by third-party delivery services. Any damage incurred during transit is the responsibility of the carrier.
Environmental Factors: We are not responsible for products that melt, crush, or alter in texture due to weather conditions (heat/humidity) or rough handling during shipping.
No Refunds for Damage: We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged during transit.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us by the courier due to an undeliverable address, no refund will be issued, and the items will be disposed of for safety reasons.
